Lisa: Caroline Kombi is a 1965 VW camper-bus purchased by Armand and Delphine Delsemme in France (Paris) in July 1965.
The Delsemmes took Caroline (and their family) on trips through Europe and then in August 1966, the Delsemmes and the Kombi came by ship to the United States to live.
The bus continued to serve them well for many years.
In August 1986, Jacques Delsemme (the middle child) married Lisa Borok. The elder Delsemmes gave Caroline to them as a wedding gift.
